Pre-order Terms & Conditions

Beard Boys may, from time to time, provide Customers with the option of pre-ordering selected products on the Beard Boys Website at Beard Boys.co.za. A pre-order will be applicable to products that are not yet released but can be ordered prior to the release of the product. The pre-order product will only be delivered once the product is released in the applicable market. 

These terms and conditions will apply to all pre-orders placed on the Website and by placing a pre-order you agree to these terms and conditions: 

1.    Beard Boys may advertise a product or certain products that are available for pre-order for a specific time only. The availability to pre-order a product will be on a first come, first serve basis and Beard Boys provides no warranty that you will be able to pre-order any product. 
2.    You will be required to pay, upfront, for the unreleased product in order to pre-order a product. Due to demand, your pre-order may not be considered successful until such time as Beard Boys has accepted your payment in full and provided you with written confirmation that the pre-order has been received and will be processed by Beard Boys. The standard terms and condition of sale will apply to any products which are available on Beard Boys.co.za. 
3.    Prices are subject to change and pre-orders will be charged at the current price as at the time of placing the order. 
4.    All release dates are estimate and should be used for guidance only. The release dates may be subject to change. 
5.    Beard Boys reserves the right to make changes to product specifications, release dates and pricing without prior notice to you. Should you not wish to proceed with a pre-order following such changes the you will be entitled to refund of the price paid to Beard Boys and subject to Beard Boys’s returns and refund policy. 
6.    Pre-orders are subject to availability and Beard Boys may limit the quantity of pre-orders for any particular products. 
7.    Pre-order products will be shipped for delivery as soon as possible after the release of the product into the market. Beard Boys will communicate anticipated delivery times to you. Due to demand, the delivery of the product be delayed outside of the standard shipping times communicated by Beard Boys for standard orders placed via www.Beard Boys.co.za. 
8.    Beard Boys will not be liable for any delays in the delivery or shipment of any product as it depends on availability and supply from the supplier of the product. 
9.    The Customer will receive an invoice for the pre-order products when payment is received in full for the pre-order products. 
10.    Pre-orders can be cancelled before the product is shipped. Cancellations made after shipment are subject to Beard Boys’s standard returns and refunds policy as set out on www.Beard Boys.co.za. 
11.    Pre-orders are only available in the Republic of South Africa. 
12.    Payments for pre-ordered products is paid in advance. The payment made advance will not accrue any interest and the Customer will not be entitled to be paid any interest on the advance payment. 
13.    Additional delivery fees may be applicable for the delivery on any pre-ordered products. The Customer will be notified by Beard Boys of any such delivery fees prior to the dispatching of the pre-ordered products. Payment of the full delivery fee will be required to be made before any products is dispatched and a failure to make the payment will result in Beard Boys cancelling the pre-order and refunding the Customer any payments made in advance and subject to Beard Boys’s returns and refund policy. 
14.    Beard Boys reserves the right to cancel any pre-orders for any reason whatsoever and Beard Boys will not be liable for any loss and/or damage which may be suffered as a result of such cancellation of the pre-order. In the event of a cancellation, Beard Boys will refund the Customer the advance payment subject to Beard Boys’s returns and refunds policy. 
15.    Beard Boys may, in its discretion, limit the number of products that can be pre-ordered by a customer in a single or multiple orders. Beard Boys gives no warranty that you will be able to pre-order a product.

  1.  What is a pre-order?
    A pre-order allows customers to purchase a product before it is officially released or in stock in the applicable market. 

    2.    Why should I pre-order a product?
    Pre-ordering ensures that you secure the product before it's available to the general public. It can be especially useful for limited-edition items or products with high demand. Please note that pre-ordered products will be subject to availability from our suppliers and specifications and release dates are subject to change. Please read our pre-order terms and condition carefully. 


    3.    How does the pre-order process work?
    Customers place a pre-order by making a full payment in advance for a specific product that is available for pre-order. The product is then shipped or made available upon its release. The release date and shipping dates will be communicated by Beard Boys as these are subject to change. 

    4.    When will I receive my pre-ordered item?
    An estimated shipping and delivery date will be provided while placing the order. An estimated release date will also be mentioned on product listing page and product display pages. However, these may be subject to changes and Beard Boys will only be able to communicate the exact dates once the product has been released by the supplier into the market. 

    5.    Can I cancel my pre-order?
    A pre-order product can be cancelled before it is shipped and you will receive a refund of any payments made to Beard Boys and subject to Beard Boys’s refunds policy. Cancellations post shipment will be subject to standard cancellation and return policy. 

    6.    Can I modify my pre-order?
    A pre-order cannot be modified. 

    7.    What happens if the release date changes?
    Release dates may be subject to change as these are determined by the Supplier. Beard Boys is further required to wait for delivery of the pre-ordered products into Beard Boys’s supply chain. All release dates and delivery dates are estimates and Beard Boys will not be able liable for any changes in such dates. 

    8.   Can I pre-order multiple quantities of a product?
    The quantity for pre-order product per order will be restricted due to limited availability. 

    9.    What if the product becomes unavailable after I pre-order?
    The pre-order product will be cancelled and refund will be issued to the original mode of payment in case if pre-ordered product becomes unavailable or discontinued.

    10.    Do I get charged immediately when I pre-order?
    Customers need to make the payment upfront for a pre-order product. You will only be able to pre-order of a payment is made in advance for the product. 

    11.    Can I track the status of my pre-order?
    Customers can track the status of their pre-order by visiting their profile -> My Orders -> Order details. 

    12.    What happens if I want to return a pre-ordered item?
    A customer can raise a return request either using Order details under My Orders or contact our customer care support.
