1. Availability
Express Shipping is available only to selected major cities within South Africa, subject to courier service coverage.
Express Shipping is not available to outlying, remote, or high-risk areas, even if selectable at checkout. Beard Boys reserves the right to amend the shipping method if courier limitations apply.
2. Additional Fee
Express Shipping carries an additional, non-refundable fee of R150, payable at checkout. This fee is separate from standard shipping charges and any free-shipping promotions.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders must be placed and fully paid before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) to qualify for same-day express processing.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Processing & Dispatch
Express orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed, stock is available, and internal verification checks are completed. Beard Boys reserves the right to delay or cancel express shipping if verification, fraud prevention, or operational issues arise.
5. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days after dispatch for major cities.

6. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, a valid contact number, and ensure someone is available to receive the order during courier operating hours.
7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
Beard Boys is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery details
Customer unavailability at the delivery address
Requests to change delivery details after dispatch
Any redelivery or return-to-sender costs charged by the courier will be for the customer’s account.
8. Tracking & Proof of Delivery
Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Courier tracking information and proof of delivery records will be treated as conclusive evidence in the event of a dispute.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
Beard Boys shall not be responsible for delays caused by couriers, adverse weather, strikes, peak periods, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10. Risk & Transfer of Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once delivery is completed at the provided address. Beard Boys is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
11. Limitation of Liability
Express Shipping is not a guaranteed delivery service. Beard Boys will not be liable for indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from delayed or failed express deliveries.
12. Policy Abuse
Beard Boys reserves the right to refuse refunds, replacements, or future express shipping services in cases of suspected abuse, false claims, or excessive delivery disputes.
