1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you before replacing it.

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in South Africa only. Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time
Beard Boys strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. All orders are normally dispatched within one working day of placing your order. Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-3 working days for delivery to major cities and 3-5 working days to outlying areas. During Peak Season (November to December) please allow for an additional 2 to 3 business days for delivery. 

Please note that while we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to provide an exact delivery time for your courier. Delivery times can vary depending on factors such as location, traffic conditions, and the volume of deliveries on the day.

Our couriers will aim to deliver your package within the agreed delivery window or timeframe, but we cannot guarantee a specific time for drop-off. We recommend that you plan to be available throughout the delivery window to ensure you receive your order.

4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website or email us after you place your order.

5. Shipping Costs
Orders over R650 are free, shipping for orders under R650 will be charged at R99 per shipment

6. Damaged Items in Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@beardboys.co.za

Delivery Policy Disclaimer

Please be advised that once a delivery address is provided and confirmed, any changes to the recipient’s address must be communicated directly to Beard Boys and not the courier company or delivery driver. If an address change is given directly to the delivery driver after the order has been dispatched, we will not be held responsible for any issues or delays resulting from this change. It is the recipient's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is provided and verified before the delivery is scheduled.
