1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you before replacing it.

2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in South Africa. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in South Africa only. Any shipments outside of South Africa are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time
Beard Boys strives to fulfil orders as soon as possible. All orders are normally dispatched within one working day of placing your order. Once an order is dispatched it may take between 1-3 working days for delivery to major cities and 3-5 working days to outlying areas.

4. Delivery Instructions
You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website or email us after you place your order.

5. Shipping Costs
Orders over R650 are free, shipping for orders under R650 will be charged at R99 per shipment

6. Damaged Items in Transport
